Fletcher AgTech Park: Phase One
Phase one is the first step on the AgTech corridor in Fletcher, North Carolina. It will accommodate companies from startup/R&D space through major expansion facilities for manufacturing and distribution. Two acres have been acquired and cleared, and building and site plans are now being finalized for 20,000 sf of light industrial space.
For Phase Two and beyond, we have identified and assembled multiple development sites, universities, farmers, farm testing opportunities and the cooperation of city officials to make future projects happen.

Over 20,000 square feet of space is planned for companies to develop, test, validate, and commercialize new technologies in an authentic farming environment with large and small farms growing specialty crops in varied terrains and ecosystems.
Space for labs or prototype design can be added to warehouse and production space.
